The Government (March 24) issued the Policy Statement on Developing Family Office Businesses in Hong Kong (Policy Statement). It sets out the Government’s policy stance and measures on developing a vibrant ecosystem for global family offices and asset owners.
The Government announces the following policy measures with a view to creating a conducive and competitive environment for the businesses of global family offices and asset owners to thrive in Hong Kong.
